At the helm of A-Z Maschinenwelt GmbH are managing directors Adnan Saeed and Thomas Reichelt – a leadership duo whose vision and expertise shape the company.

Adnan Saeed | CEO
Adnan Saeed founded A-Z Maschinenwelt in 2011. With a strong entrepreneurial vision, he developed the company from a start-up into a leading provider in the used machinery sector. Milestones along the way include the first full site liquidation in 2017 and the company’s transformation into a GmbH in 2025.
His focus lies in machine valuation and client relations – always aiming to achieve the best market value and build lasting customer partnerships.

Thomas Reichelt | Managing Director
Thomas Reichelt joined the executive team in January 2025. With over a decade of experience in the machinery trade and academic degrees in Business Psychology (B.Sc.) and Digital Management & Business Consulting (M.Sc.), he drives the company’s digitalisation and efficiency. He also holds a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma (2023, Mercer University, Atlanta).
His focus areas include process optimisation and project management – making machine sales faster and more transparent for the benefit of our clients.
